Course Registration for Local Training

All students wishing to enroll in an MFT&E qualified course MUST be pre-registered. You may pre-register through this on-line form or by calling MFTE to request a registration form by mail.

On-line registration is simple and fast. Just provide the information below and indicate the date and location of the course you wish to take. Then send the form to MFT&E by pressing the "submit" button, or print the form and mail it to:

SPECIAL NOTES:	Hosting of the local community delivery is provided by the fire department where the training event will take place. Members of the host department have priority registration. Fire fighters registering from communities other than the host will be placed on a hold list until 3 weeks prior to the training event. If space is available at that time, they will be added to the roster. All registrants will be notified of acceptance by e-mail 2 weeks prior to the training. . . . ___________________ . . . Anyone registering from an organization other than the host community will require a follow-up contact by MFT&E with the fire chief listed on the registration to ensure that the chief is aware of the registration and has approved the attendance.
