Registration for MFT&E-NFA Training

All students wishing to enroll in an MFT&E qualified NFA course MUST be pre-registered. You may pre-register through this on-line form or by calling MFTE to request a registration form by mail.

On-line pre-registration is simple and fast. Just provide the information below and indicate the date and location of the course you wish to take. Then send the form to MFT&E by pressing the "submit" button, or print the form and mail it to:

SPECIAL NOTE: Firefighters from the host department will be given priority up to three weeks before the registration deadline; after that time, the course will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

NFA training normally has a fee associated with the course delivery. You will need to also complete billing information.
